STORY: Cross (working title)

Narrative Concept - Comic / Animated series

A super future setting featuring space travel, cyborgs, mecha and AI. Emphasis on military combat action, drama and schoolyard yucks.

In far off non-specific future the method of choice for military training and simulation uses miniature scale replicas of soldiers and vehicles and puts them in a replica battlefield. These mini-troops are controlled remotely by their builders and used as avatars/surrogates/player characters/personas/drones/toys/dolls/models/etc. to interact with each other and objects inside the simulation space. This story focuses on a military academy space station and research base. The students, staff and AI are all responsible for building and maintaining their own replicas and use them to complete simulations and tests with and against each other in a 4 year curriculum. New designs and technology are tested here on the small scale before being produced and tested in full scale and all students are encouraged to study, work and develop their own unique ideas.

In this time, cyberization is commonplace but expensive. Many people cannot afford to have their bodies modified with prosthetic limbs or complex organs. However, digitization of the human brain is also common and much more cost effective. The dead and the dying are sometimes saved through copying their neural net to a data core (crystal data storage device). After that they cease being legally human and become products under the custody of the state and may be used or sold as Artificial Intelligence. This story focuses around one AI who must come to grips with his new existence without flesh or death. He and the other AIs at the academy interact with the students using their own remote controlled avatars inside the simulation field.

The students are from all walks of life and are able to study and practice every form of military service. They are there to study and learn to think creatively and learn the strategies and tactics and equipment that will keep them alive in actual military service. Even with their avatars there is no replacement for real world training so the students receive a truncated variation of what a career of service might be like during their 4 year attendance. As with any school there are lessons, tests, teachers, cliques, parties, vacations and struggling for exams. The better a student performs in their studies the more promotions and replicas they receive for use in the simulation zone.

This concept tries to adhere to logic in terms of science and technology but for the sake of fun and entertainment a lot of stuff is let go, so just roll with it. And this is all based on scaling so there's lots of room to play around with in terms of designs. This concept combines a lot of ideas, visuals and terms from many other well known sources (Ghost In The Shell, HALO, STRAIN, and more)

BUILD YOUR OWN Mini-TROOP (name?)
All "avatars" are built from a stock skeleton "frame". Builders have limited room for modification to adjust for height and build. Depending on how much money the builder wants to spend they can then cover the frame in several body "shells". Plastic molded bodies are the cheapest and most common but give a clearly unrealistic look to the figure. The military academy uses a special fabrication system to cover the frame in a composite skin to ballistic gel. This gives the figure a more realistic look and feel but can complicate repairs or replacing parts. The most expensive kits feature a nano-polymer shell that can be modified electronically to take any shape and is considered the most life like and the best choice for having unique faces and moving mouths or body shapes. The academy uses nano-polymer for their head parts for more advanced students to give their avatars their own faces.

The builder then chooses a kit to apply their choice of clothing and equipment to their avatar. There are many kits available on the civilian market with special kits issued to to groups like the academy or police forces. Most kits feature mock plastic "dummy" replicas but the academy uses miniatures made of real materials and in accurate configurations. The students are responsible for assembly and application of these coverings using their own hands as well as their avatar's.

Avatar weapon kits are mostly dummy shells but for builders who participate in combat simulations they use mini laser "blasters". These are made to look like the real current energy weapons of the time and can be modified to alter performance. The academy uses a more advanced set of tools and kits that allows for superior realism to their full scale counterparts. Larger weapons like launchers, missiles, rockets or grenades are simulated at the academy with the equivalent of firecrackers, pistol bullets or even rifle ammo. These are not normally allowed at civilian competitions or used by private builders as they can do permanent damage to their expensive replicas. The academy uses such live-ammo weapons in simulations for greater realism and to teach the students more about maintaining and repairing their replicas.

An average finished "mini-troop" stands at approximately 4-5 inches tall and comes with a uniform, armor (including helmet), a Primary Weapon, a Secondary Weapon and a Melee Weapon. Academy mini-troops feature specific color coded and role based equipment and uniforms to identify their team, rank and job.

For the Academy AIs, this is their only body and only way of interacting with the real world outside of a terminal or hologram projector.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR Mini-TROOP WEAPONS
Most civilian kits feature dummy weapons but the academy uses special replica blasters. The technology of the day sees a mix of solid and energy munitions but for the sake of efficiency and safety the Academy uses mostly laser replicas and excludes plasma, arc and incendiary weapons entirely. Many of the replica vehicles use chemical explosive rounds and no-lo power guided munitions while some of the largest feature miniaturized magnetic 'railgun' cannons.

Power - Emitter
The strength of the weapons emitter increases the frequency of the beam varying damage and color. The Academy and civilian players use low power red lasers for their replicas by default but test and include more powerful lasers on their spacecraft replicas. The more powerful the laser the more power it consumes, requiring more frequent battery changes. Students receive special kits periodically as rewards to boost the power of their favorite avatar weapon. Actual damage is calculated by the Academy's computers as well as the effect, but it is a popular method of identification among senior students.
[Red = 1, Green = 2, Blue = 3]

Speed - Capacitor
The capacitor takes energy from the battery and modulates it for use in firing. The bigger the capacitor the longer it takes to fill (slower rate of fire) but the bigger the shot (more damage). A smaller capacitor allows for a more rapid rate of fire and more individual shots but it will cause the unit to overheat faster.
[Small, Standard, Large]

Range - Gain 'lens'
The range of a laser is effectively infinite and at a constant speed inside the battle zone. The type of material used as a gain medium (erroneously but popularly called the lens) will impact the intensity of the beam. The computer monitors the laser strike and calculates stats and probabilities then determines the effect. Special kits are sometimes issued to students as rewards for marksmanship. With greater intensity the beam becomes brighter and more noticeable, challenging the player to be more conservative and precise or allowing them to be more obvious and distracting.
[Level 1, 2, 3]

Capacity - Battery
The traditional magazine is replaced by a swappable battery. The bigger the battery the more shots can be made, but the heavier it becomes. There are 4 sizes of batteries for these A=Pistol or small weapons, B=Rifle or average weapons, C=Heavy Infantry Weapons, D=Vehicle mounted or otherwise unmovable. Civilians have access to higher quality batteries in the same sizes but for the sake of efficiency the Academy uses all the same type/brand.
[A =1, B =2, C =3, D=4+]

Attachment - Barrel
A laser blaster gains no advantage from a longer barrel except maybe to hide the emitter. However there are plenty of attachments available that require an appropriate mounting point to use. Also, sighting in a longer barrel becomes easier and easier to adjust while aiming, but it makes the weapon more cumbersome in tight spaces or while running.
[Bayonet, Grip, Launcher, Light, Bipod]

Stability - Stock + Grip
A laser blaster has no recoil and an avatars hands don't shake the way a person's do. However while moving a properly fitted grip assembly will allow a user to aim and fire more quickly and accurately. Though a full size stock makes the replica heavier and more cumbersome in tight quarters.
[Short Grip, Long Grip, no grip, Short Stock, Long Stock, no stock]

Accuracy - Optics
A laser blast is straight as can be and will cross the map but a good optic may still be required to see your target and line up that shot. Advanced optics kits are specialized rewards that require sufficient training with one's avatar to receive, construct and use.
[Iron, Reflex, Scope, Finder]

Cooling - Air
All avatar replica blasters are air cooled and as such suffer similar cooling and overheating effects as their full size counterparts.

Shell - Body
The physical appearance of the blaster is irrelevant when calculating stats and only serves as an aesthetic choice.

BUILD YOUR OWN Mini-VEHICLES
The academy features scale replicas of most every vehicle and weapon system known and in use (meaning not yet obsolete or otherwise top secret classified). Larger vehicles like space craft are built by staff and entire classes (scaled down doesn't automatically mean small or simple). Smaller vehicles like tanks, jets or mechs are built by teams of students training to be crew for that vehicle. While particulars like size, appearance, payload and armor can be customized and original designs can be built from scratch all vehicles fall into one classification or another and are scrutinized to real world T&D standards.

Space Vehicles
Interceptor - A small 1-2 person space craft intended to combat other interceptors first then to attack larger space craft en masse.
Destroyer - A small 1-3 person space craft intended to combat larger space craft directly with heavy weapons.
Shuttle - A small craft designed to ferry people and cargo between space craft. Equip little to no weaponry or defenses.
Drop Ship - A medium sized craft designed to carry people, vehicles and cargo between space craft and  a planet's surface. Equips moderate weapons and shielding.
Carrier - A massive vessel that transports every planetary combat asset as well as Interceptors and Destroyers and acts as the core of a fleet. Features considerable armor and armaments for self defense.
Dreadnought - A huge vessel designed for space to space and space to surface combat. Features heavy armor and the most powerful weapons in any fleet and is capable of precision ground strikes from orbit.
Cruiser - A large high speed space craft designed mostly for transport but is equipped to combat larger or smaller space craft in hit and run combat.
S Drone - An unmanned support weapon system that can be deployed by smaller craft or launched in droves by larger craft. Tend to feature low-medium power weapons and little to no armor.

Air Vehicles
VTOL - A transport craft designed to carry troops or small amounts of cargo to and from precise locations quickly. Features light armor and ground support weapons.
Fighter - A high speed craft designed to combat other aircraft. Has limited ground attack ability and light armor.
Bomber - A ground support aircraft designed to attack ground targets with precision and power quickly and efficiently.
A Drone - An unmanned reconnaissance craft used to remotely survey an area or deliver a single light payload. Can equip light weaponry including air to surface missiles.
Sky Carrier - Similar to its aquatic cousin it is designed to carry and service aircraft in situations where a sea carrier or friendly base is not available. Features heavy ground attack and air defense systems.

Water Vehicles
Sea Carrier - A large transport craft that acts as the core of a naval fleet. It carries and supports many aircraft which act as its primary form of attack and defense. The carrier acts as a mobile base where friendly air support would otherwise be unavailable.
Battleship - A medium sized high speed craft armed to destroy or defend other surface ships. Loaded with heavy anti-air armaments and limited anti-sub and ground support weaponry.
Submarine - A submersible vehicle designed to combat other ships and offer limited ground support.
Lander - An amphibious craft designed to ferry troops, vehicles and cargo between ships and shore where a VTOL would be unavailable or inefficient.
W Drone - A medium sized unmanned submersible ship loaded with multi-purpose missiles meant primarily for ground support. Always accompanies sea carriers.

Ground Vehicles
Air Bike - Mostly used by civilians to carry 1 or 2 people quickly with almost no other capacity. Military versions have been fitted with guns or launchers for high speed attacks.Jeep - A general purpose ground vehicle designed to carry 2-6 people and may be equipped with mounted weapons. Features little to no armor but is relatively fast and maneuverable on the ground.
APC - A thickly armored troop transport with light to medium armaments designed for superior protection of passengers. Can also act as a mobile base and is more suited to urban combat than a larger tank. May also be amphibious.
Tank - A heavily armed and armored vehicle designed to combat any and all other ground vehicles, infantry and installations with brute force.
Artillery - A vehicle fitted to a heavy long range weapon system intended to strike hard targets such as armor or bases as well as water craft. Can also be used to cause large area destruction against infantry. Tends to have little to no armor and may be unmanned. Mobile Artillery does not suffer from counter measures like guided systems such as missiles do.
Anti-Air - A vehicle loaded with weapons designed to combat aircraft and dropships from a distance. Tend to have little to no armor and may be unmanned.
Behemoth - A ground based equivalent to a carrier. Acts as a mobile command center and can carry and support multiple other smaller vehicles including tanks and mechs. Features multiple self defense weapons and heavy artillery.
G Drone - An unmanned recon and support machine that is designed mostly for bomb disposal and infantry combat in urban settings.

Personal Transport
Flight Pack - A device designed to transport a single person higher and farther than they could jump or to soften a landing (no parachutes). Various designs feature varying levels of control and fuel supply.
EVA Suit - A necessity even for a cyborg to survive in the vacuum of space. Features maneuvering thrusters and a high frequency transponder.
Dive Suit - A heavy suit designed for operating in deep or dangerous water. Originally intended for research, salvage and mining it has little to no combat ability but appears on subs and some other water craft and may be used as a survival suit.

Mechs
Powered Armor - The heaviest level of personal armor that a soldier can wear. Can also potentially carry heavier weapons and equipment than the wearer would otherwise be able to.
Ground Assault - A 1-2 person 2-4 legged weapons platform designed to be more agile or maneuverable than a tank with superior firepower and comparable defense. May include Jump Jets or an amphibious system.
Space Assault - A 1-2 person humanoid weapon system designed to combat multiple targets simultaneously and to fight using high G maneuvers in a debris strewn environment as well as boarding enemy vessels with artificial gravity.

STORY: The Bird's Nest

Narrative Concept - Comic / Novel [UNDER CONSTRUCTION]

A heavily fictionalized adaptation of my grandparents stories about their time in military service. Based on real people, places and events with a slant on fictional tech. Emphasis on romance and drama over action. There is not enough information or concepts here to tell a complete and compelling story from start to finish but all the necessary glue is there.

The aircraft in this concept were inspired by designs created by Leonardo Giron but as yet do not exist.

WHERE

Alternate reality allied nation. Military Testing and Development airbase. Rockcliffe Airbase. located on a river. The "2nd chance base".

WHEN

Non-specific WWII era. Pre Pearl Harbor?

WHY

The women on this story aren't thinking about being soldiers or fighting but rather their lives after service and the men they will marry.

HOW

This is a story about a female soldier serving in the RCAF during WWII at a T&D base. The focus is on her friendships, romances, and time as a military woman from a military family.

- Once when an instructor plane went down, the whole base went to help. The women were told to stay back for fear of a horrible scene. The trainee was found alive but the instructor's body wasn't found. When the rescue team came back one of the women nonchalantly pointed the instructor's body out right next to the stump she was sitting on.

- Birdy was an athletic and active woman but her preferred sport was badminton. She once tried playing baseball with the men but her hand was broken by a hard pitch. She also missed a date with an officer due to a bruised knee from another baseball game. She was the base champ and later got to play against the national champion. She thoroughly lost the match.

- The base had access to at least one of every aircraft in the country, including the country's first jet fighter, the Gloster F Mk.8 METEOR

- The base did not see direct combat but they handled a lot of international affairs. Most all European refugees in the country came through there, most particularly British.

- Birdy took the only available Sergeant's position at the base, breaking the chain of seniority and beating out another woman who was sent overseas instead. This made the other women irritated with her off the bat but most people warmed up to her very quickly.

- Commander McClaine was the program commander and not keen on the idea of having women as subordinates. Birdy and the others changed his tune in time.

- The base included several specialized squads and facilities. A lot of attention was paid to the Photo Squad which was responsible for propaganda and reporting the war. They worked closely with the Communication Squad which were responsible for international communications and weather reports worldwide. There was an entire squad dedicated to handling visiting refugees and VIPs. The Research and Development team handled the base's primary duties of researching aircraft, investigating crashes and equipment failures and developing new technology in response. The motor pool had access to a considerably large variety of military and civilian vehicles for regular use and special research. The base also featured a fully functional hospital with full time staff.

- There was a mounty station nearby. One winter, their horses got loose and ended up all over the runway.

- A PBY once blew up in a closed hangar. Supposedly from an unidentified fuel leak. But crashes and other accidents like these were rare. The explosion put 5 mechanics in the hospital. 4 got away with burned hands. 1 was put in critical condition when the blast blew them through the plane. The ladies on base all visited them.

- After the war the base's only truly successful development was anti-icing technology. It spent a bulk of its resources on training American, European and Australian pilots.

- The base hosted foreign diplomats which was not always easy in war time. Birdy and another woman were almost run over  by the Premiere of Yugoslavia's car on base.

- "Ruth's Theorum" another way of saying, just do what she says because she's always right.

- Women soldiers were an unpopular idea at the time, especially among soldiers. The men on base were  disciplined and remained respectful without being belittling to the women. Though there were a few exceptionally uncouth staff there were no incidents of violence or blatant discrimination. Many of the pilots and mechanics made it a point to interact, flirt and get the women involved with regular activities on base.

Narrative purpose

Rockcliffe Airbase is a major research and development base and home to the 168th "Last Chance" Squadron.
Birdy is an exceptional young woman who has transferred into the Sergeant's position as the senior secretary. She's smart, ambitious, flirtatious, athletic and dates a lot.
Her best friend Ruby has come with her as a secretary as well. She's a sensible country girl who gets involved with a nervous engineer named Stan.
Birdy's brother Don is an engineer who works under Stan maintaining the aircraft and designing new technology. He's always carving wood and making compact furniture.
Ken is a rescue pilot and Don's best friend. He loves flying more than anything and is always building model airplanes while designing new aircraft. He later marries Birdy but isn't very close to her while serving.

This story follows Birdy's life and romances while living at "The Bird's Nest", a 3 story 18 room house where the women on base lived (and later became a bed and breakfast). It was a popular no-man zone with regular gatherings of dinner and song. The events revolve around the base as North America enters full swing into WWII. A major event in the story is the modification and testing of The Meteor. International politics and propaganda come into play mostly as related to reporting on the war in Europe. Many of the war dead come through Rockcliffe along with casualty reports and correspondence for families of the deceased. More than a few are people known by the cast.

The purpose of the story is to show a strong female character that is not a loud fighter, romance in a war story that is not bittersweet or depressing and to address the concept of sexism in the military without preaching world revolution.

STORY: Monster Beach

"On a small gorgeous beach at an unnamed place in an unmarked time an exotic beach resort observes beautiful visitors and hungry sea monsters."

MonBeach is a collective playground for artists and their characters both erotic and otherwise. There's no new ideas per se but it is a dynamic environment combining many fandoms and fetishes. Currently most work related to MonBeach is on FA but plans exist for a thin but growing narrative and established cast of characters. MonBeach is a non canonical setting with no set timeline or sequence of events.

The Time - Non-specific near modern

The Place - Non-specific small private beach

The Beach -image needed-
This stretch of white sand sees blue-green water and plenty of sun. The shallows drop off sharply and even sharper beyond the tide line while at high tide the water comes fairly close to the resort. This permits a wide variety of water craft and floating devices to access the beach at all hours of the day. The beach is most easily accessed through the resort or by small boat as it is surrounded by cliffs and reefs, making walking there from another beach impossible and passage or landing by larger boats difficult. A mooring pylon has been built to mark the outer edge of the reef zone and to allow larger boats to anchor without damaging the reefs and to eliminate the need for noisy buoys. A lighthouse covers the beach from several miles up the coastline and can be easily seen from the beach and most parts of the resort. It's far enough as to not be a nuisance to visitors. There are a few small shoals at the outer edges of the beach allowing limited access to the cliffs and rocks from the waters edge depending on the tide. It is a common but discouraged place for exploring as there are a few caves and crevices that make for secluded but dangerously slippery rendezvous spots.

Beach Secret 1 (hidden location)
Beach Secret 2 (hidden location)

The Resort "MonBeaché Hotel" http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8519340/
A modern hotel and health spa with all the charm and technology. Such a high end location would normally only cater to the rich and famous yet it remains mostly quiet and does most of its business with the nearby community and tourists. The locals love the posh hotel and the professional staff but they warn against going outside at night. There have been reports of mysterious lights and unnatural sounds coming from the beach as well as mysterious trucks and helicopters going to and from the hotel at night.
During the day the hotel maintains several pools and massage rooms with all the public entertainment one could expect. Including a fine restaurant, small casino, dry cleaner, arcade with bowling lanes and pool, and a small theater.

Hotel Secret 1 (hidden location)
Hotel Secret 2 (hidden location)

Hotel Staff -image needed- -names needed-
The resort's employees are trained professionals but oddly eccentric. For all the jobs there are and area to cover there only seems to be three people working there and they're ALWAYS there. Some have suspected them of secretly being ninjas or even robots with their amazingly abilities and behavior, but they tend to their guests dutifully.

Manager - A charismatic man with a constant smile and undefined accent. He often appears out of nowhere to answer questions or make suggestions, startling most new visitors. He's easy to get along with but hard to see coming...or going.
Butler - A younger and much quieter man than his boss he serves at the bar, restaurant and handles most anything related to food or the spa. Like his boss he seems to always appear right where and when he is needed.
Maid - Like her counterpart the butler she is quiet and relatively unexpressive with a knack for always being in the right place at the right time. Her duties seem related to cleaning and assisting the butler when needed. As there is always cleaning to be done she is the one most likely to be found at random though she's not very talkative.

Staff Secret 1 (to be released)
Staff Secret 2 (to be released)

Lifeguard Shack http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8519295/ -images needed- -names needed-
The lifeguards are employed by the resort and they keep a sizable amount of equipment and tools in their beach bound base. While the lifeguards themselves are not often seen, their shack is visible from everywhere on the beach, thanks in part to its distinct shape. They are also responsible for maintaining and renting out the small boats and surf boards owned by the resort. They keep all the modern water rescue tools and equipment iconic to their job including radios, rescue boats, an ATV and even radar and sonar equipment built in to the mooring pylon. While the lifeguards are not often seen on the beach there is always one in the shack and they are assumed to tag team every few hours. The shack ends up being used more like a party spot for surfers with music blaring, food selling, drinks flowing and sunbathers on the roof.

LG1 "John"- A tall and strong black man who is in to body building. He makes for a strong authority at the beach and has a jovial attitude. He answers to the hotel manager and treats visitors as pleasantly as he can but he's a smooth talking jerk who doesn't like to work too hard.

LG2 "Liz" - A statuesque blond woman who was likely a super model or porn star before coming to MonBeach. She's very serious about her job and is the one most often seen actively watching the beach. She's often the target of cat calls but she rarely seems to notice and appears to be perfectly capable of protecting herself and doing her job. She doesn't seem to like the hotel staff or her partner but she maintains her professional demeanor while on the job.

Lifeguard Secret 1 (to be released)
Lifeguard Secret 2 (to be released)

The Town
A no name place full of people well away from the resort where all visitors are assumed to pass through, live or shop.

The People - Any and all from any time or place. Some modification may be required to fit the beach or the modern time period.

Residents - The area features some permanent residents and regular visitors from the nearby community. They are familiar with the area and are aware of some or all of the local goings-on.

Visitors - A roster of patrons who have checked in to the hotel. Checking out is optional.

MOA (mo-aye) - The local beach bum. He lives in his custom van and spends most of his time painting and taking photos. -needs a camera-
MOA Secret 1 - REVEALED
- He's actually a tentacle monster in disguise and sustains himself by absorbing excess sexual energy. But he tries to be polite about it...most of the time.
MOA Secret 2 - (personal secret)
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8587478/
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8588555/

B.B. Dread - Lifetime beach babe and professional bungalow jumper. The third BSP sister is addicted to parties and spends all her time at MonBeach. She has a regular room at the hotel she barely uses and acts as a sort of welcome wagon for new visitors. She's energetic, air headed and prone to narcolepsy so she's often seen running full tilt down the sand then passed out on a blanket in no time. She has a unique way of looking at the monsters that most people can't understand.
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8519030/

Dragon Girl - SECRET CHARACTER

The BSP Girls (Master Oki Akai) - Red Rum, Afro Puff, Burakku and CG Oli
B.B. Dread's Sisters. The come to visit every so often when they get a day off.
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8519123/

The BnB Girls (Darker Eve) - Mona, Joana, Maya
Career beach babes and party girls. These roommates are used to getting hot and heavy on the beach.
http://darkereve.blogspot.com/2012/03/jm-beach-n-bitches-characters.html
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8519181/

Those Darn Girls (adapted by Filip Chala) - Gaz Membrane, Maggie Simpson
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9452682/

Scarlet (Damnationedge) - A punk rockin, monster riding, white skinned rebel without a place to crash.
-coming soon-

Shina (Daigo) - A plump purple Raccoon girl who loves nude beaches.
-coming soon-

The Monsters - Aquatic animal themed, exotic amphibians or beach loving aliens are welcome

Origins - The creatures that lurk under the sand and spray are monstrous versions of sea animals. Whether these are mutations or aliens or some experiment gone horribly wrong is unknown. Monsters usually appear only at night or in the deeper water but may appear anywhere a person is away from a group. They tend to appear suddenly and disappear just as quickly though on very rare occasions a monster may go on a rampage out in the open.

Residents - Some monsters have been sighted and catalogued while others have been heard of or maybe even made up or confused with different creatures. These are creatures that are known to frequent MonBeach.

Visitors - Every great now and then a new critter will appear or pass by.

Tentacles
Creatures with multiple grasping and stretching limbs. These are the most common and appear almost exclusively in the water.
Octopus, Squid, Cuttlefish, Nautilus, Jellyfish, Anemone, Barnacle
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8519856/

+ The Giant Octopus
Known to attack multiple people at a time in the shallows. Camouflage ability allows it to appear almost anywhere at any time. It prefers to run away when attacked.

+ The Giant Anemone
Unlike normal anemones this one is mobile and tends to crawl along the sand using it's tentacles, remaining firmly in the water. It is large and relatively flat and immediately attacks anyone who gets too close or steps on it. It has been seen catching entire groups of runners in the shallows like a land mine.

STORY: Jealous Darkness

This is a story that focuses on the malicious darkness of the drow. A male slave becomes the romantic and malicious focus of a family of female drow that run a hot spring in the same under dark city my Drowess character inhabits. He suffers great pain and suffering at their hands as the nature of his birth is revealed and his powers manifest themselves.
He must then escape to the surface where he connects with a cult of Eilistrae. Eventually he returns to the underdark to settle unfinished business.

STORY: Elven Dreams

An epic fantasy trilogy that follows an elven prince and his quest to fetch the magical treasures that will help him rebuild his kingdom while searching for his lost sister. He finds himself in a love triangle with a elven princess and a drow warrior.
Each leg of his quest leads him to a different treasure and a different emotional challenge. Finally he returns to his home to battle the final boss. But a new enemy appears at the moment of victory and turns their world upside down.
He must disguise himself and travel underground to rescue his drow lover. He discovers her in time to save her and their child but at the cost of his own life.
The survivors on the surface lament the loss of the prince as they prepare to anoint his son. But they are attacked by a powerful creature that turns out to be the prince possessed by powerful evil. They manage to return him to normal but at great sacrifice. Before they can rejoice the final boss returns more powerful than before and threatens to destroy everything.

STORY: Goin through Hell

A trilogy that follows the macabre and lightly comedic journey of a modern man who is captured and sacrificed by satanists as part of a ritual to summon a demon. Due to several blunders he has a chance to escape and return to his body. But he has only a limited amount of time to get out of Hell before his body is destroyed or the demon returns to Hell to claim him.

In part two we follow his life on Earth as he researches the supernatural to discover the nature of existence and survive the forces of good an evil chasing him. He becomes attached to a demon sealed in a book and an angel sent to assassinate him.

In part three we see what happens to his soul in the after life in the distant future after the Apocalypse. He becomes like a wandering monk meeting characters he encountered before.

STORY: Pumpkin Juice

An unfinished short story concept based on characters at a school for witches and their bumbling spells.

STORY: Project Extraction

A Military based story that focuses on me and my friends love of military video games.

This comic was developed as part of my last drawing class in college and made for a really nifty college story. Unfortunately it was rather rushed as a result and remains somewhat unfinished. I would prefer to redo it in its entirety.
It features a character for myself, my best friend K, my writer D and features my homage character Shiro. It makes reference to games like Metal Gear and Splinter Cell.

Chapter Concept: Mecha
The team follows the Metal Gear formula and dukes it out against my original mechs Boulder, Pincer and/or Scroll.

Chapter Concept: Slave Trade
The team takes a dark turn in their mission countering a group of slave traders.

Chapter Concept: Hard Rescue
The team has to rescue a group of VIPs but they must make some hard decisions as the people they're rescuing become bigger potential threats than the enemy.

CHARACTER: Mechs

My original mechs. These take a long time to develop as I'm not skilled with mecha. Their names are based on Rock-Paper-Scissors and a similar combat balance.

BOULDER
Heavily armored humanoid with a variety of weapons and attachments.

PINCER
High speed humanoid for close quarters combat.

SCROLL
A slow multi-ped long range artillery support mech. Currently undeveloped.

CHARACTER: Superheroine

I have been compelled to create a super babe. It's an on going project without much progress.

An alien hunter working on earth to capture or kill criminal extraterrestrials.
Her alter ego is a soldier at Area 51.
Her super attributes are her superior genetic body and advanced technology and weapons.

CHARACTER: Torna

Torna is a black tentacle demon that combines my love of babes with dreadlocks with my love of drow and tentacles. The character was inspired by a spell in DnD called Evard's Black Tentacles.

Torna is more of a prop when I need an odd partner or a kinky role reversal.

Cugarbyte is another demon I created as part of an unrelated project but serves the role of Torna's mother. She is basically a psycho drow with red skin and horns. Later in her story she takes on a more feral beast like form.

She hasn't had much action except in development sketches but she will likely appear in the 'Going through Hell' project.

CHARACTER: Bo Vyne

My first and only real furry/anthro character, Bo is a reflection of many things. She has a black and white color pallet with long pointy ears (drow), is mega busty, lives in outer space, and gets extreme with all kinds of alien critters. She is probably my most extreme erotic character and goes through some of the messiest scenes of anything I prefer. I created her mostly as a challenge to have an actual original (for me) anthro character. She has slowly become one of my most popular.

Character Sheet (Lines and costume design by DarkerEve)

Her abduction. In a non specific time and place on the planet Earth. Bo was just a normal dairy cow, sleeping in a field. Then one night an alien UFO picks her up and flies away!

Her transformation. The aliens modify and augment her body to be a humanoid pleasure pet since taking Earth born humans off planet is a galactic crime.

Her beginning in the specimen tube. After transformation her body was tested repeatedly for viability.

Her release and testing. This was when her personality chip was installed and programmed.

Her probing. True to form the aliens conducted another battery of physical tests on her body with the chip and out of the tube.

The Party. Seeing that her new body was indeed viable and that her personality chip was successfully integrated she was given a designation and clothing. The aliens celebrated their success and set course for Deep 69-XXX in the Gamma quadrant (placeholder).

The club. Upon arrival she was introduced to the -leader- of the -club-. Surviving inspection, Bo was entered into the pet roster and began competing (performing). She would entertain patrons on stage and in private and compete in physical challenges.

The raid. Space police attempt to raid the club but the employees fight back. The -owner- releases several dangerous aliens into the club that attack anyone.

Scenes yet to come!

Her rescue. Bo manages to hold out and survive thanks to an undercover agent that had been watching her. They fly away in an escape pod and await pick up by police forces but the station's self destruct sends them flying off into space.

Her new life. Eventually they are found and rescued and since Bo cannot be returned to her original shape or home her chip is reprogrammed and she is given a job monitoring the Earth. From their ship and moon base she and the agent run interference against illegal extraterrestrial activity on and above earth. When they're not indulging in Earthling pop culture!

Future Projects and Images Needed
In the narrative turns, Bo's story is roughly at the time when she arrives at the Alien Club. So I imagine emphasis on those scenes in the near future.

Revise origin comic strip.
